Welcome to Lifesparkz Bike Tours! Below are our guidelines for booking, payment, cancellations, responsibilities, and risks. Please read these carefully before booking a cycling tour or event. For any questions, feel free to contact us.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Lifesparkz Bike Tours, you agree to these terms and the accompanying waiver. This agreement is binding unless you notify us before the tour/event.
Booking Information
You can book via:
Private tours and events are tailored to your preferences. Early contact ensures availability and route planning.
Reservation and Payment
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking and payment confirmation.
Day tours: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment options include bank transfer and online methods provided during booking.
Events and multiple days tours: A deposit of 40% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The final 60% is due for payment at latest 60 days before the first day of the event/ multiple day tour.

Cancellations and Refunds
Participant’s cancellation
Up until 6 weeks before the tour date - 80 percent refund
From 6 weeks until 15 days before the tour date – 50 percent refund
Later cancellation - no refund
Lifesparkz Bike Tours’ cancellation
Lifesparkz Bike Tours may have to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or an insufficient number of participants to a group tour. If we cancel a tour because of weather conditions or too little participants, we will offer you to do the tour on another date. In case it is not possible for you to go on another day, we give you a full refund.
Force majeure: In the rare case of severe weather conditions such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake (natural disasters), or war, terrorist acts or other severe situations, where there is a public security alert, Lifesparkz Bike Tours unfortunately cannot give a refund when cancelling a prepaid tour. We offer to reschedule the date of a tour for no further cost.
Multiple Day Tours and Events
Special conditions may apply. We will let you know, when you book if there are other conditions that our general conditions that are mentioned above. Please contact us before booking to know the details for the tour that you are interested in booking.

Risks and Liability
Cycling involves inherent risks, including injury, death, or loss/damage to possessions. Lifesparkz is not liable for any such incidents.
Injury or Illness
In case of injury or illness during the tour, you consent to evacuation or medical treatment at your expense.
Alcohol and Substances
Avoid alcohol or mind-altering substances before and during the tour. Adhere to French and Spanish laws, which permit a maximum blood alcohol level of 0.5 grams per liter.
Photography and Videos
You grant permission for Lifesparkz to capture and use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
Waiver of Liability
By participating, you waive and release any claims against Lifesparkz, its staff, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour. Legal disputes are governed by French law.
